Prices are shown in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST. Shipping is not included in the price. Prices are subject to change without notice.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges ARE NOT PERMITTED. All sales are FINAL. If the Buyer (you) determine that products shipped to you are defective, please advise LashBeauty of this within five days (5) days of receipt. You will be given a return authorization number (RA#) with directions on where to return defective product. Product must be returned in its original packaging. LashBeauty reserves the right to either replace defective product or provide a refund of the purchase price upon receipt of defective product. Defective products may returned for replacement or store credit. Buyers pays for shipping & handling charge for any returned products.
Under certain extenuating circumstances, if Lash Beauty authorizes a product to be returned, that has not been deemed to be defective upon delivery, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the product's original purchase price. We do not refund shipping and insurance charges. Lash Beauty reserves the right to either issue a store credit or to process a refund. Buyer pays for all shipping and handling charges.
We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit and not delivered to Lash Beauty. Please purchase insurance for all returned products.
ORDERING POLICY
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by LashBeauty’s Term’s & Conditions. To place your order, enter the Australian Online Ordering System HERE. We will email you back within 24 hours with our banking details and the total order value (inclusive of GST, shipping and insurance). Your order is not complete until you have made full payment for the order. Upon confirmation of payment in our account, we will ship your order within 2 business days. A tax invoice will be included with your shipment. We will also email you a tax Invoice once payment has been confirmed.
Should an item be on backorder (oversold), you will be informed of the delayed delivery and have the option of making payment at a later date. No payment is necessary until the item in question becomes available. We will place your order on hold.
Payment must be by direct bank deposit (Cash deposit, cash transfer, or internet bank transfer). Orders will not be shipped until payment has been credited to our account.
SHIPPING & INSURANCE
All Australian Domestic shipments are sent by INSURED Registered Post through Australia Post.
You must sign upon delivery. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

* Any orders containing a beauty case will incur an addiitonal $10 +GST shipping charge per beauty case.
Please verify that your delivery address is correct as Lash Beauty is not responsible for undeliverable orders due to incorrect addresses provided.
Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery. If you do not receive your shipment within this period please contact LashBeauty immediately so that we can lodge an investigation with Australia Post. Please note that this process can take up to 12 weeks as Australia Post will need time to investigate the matter. A replacement order will be shipped as soon as Australia Post confirms that the parcel was lost.

PAYMENT
International Overseas orders can either be paid by Paypal or by International Bank Wire Transfer (TT). We do not accept personal/business cheques, International Demand Drafts, or Money Orders. Payment must be made in U.S. Dollars.
SHIPPING & INSURANCE
After your order is submitted, you will be contacted with the details on shipping and insurance charges. Costs vary depending on total value and the weight of each order. Your order will not be processed until you have reviewed and accepted the total cost of your order.
All International Shipments are sent by INSURED Air Mail. You must sign upon delivery so that LashBeauty has confirmation of delivery. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Please allow up to 21 business working days to receive your shipment, however most deliveries are made within 10 business days. Should you not receive your shipment within 21 business days, please contact LashBeauty immediately so that we can lodge an investigation with Australia Post to trace the package. Please note that this process can take up to 12 weeks as Australia Post and your local postal service will need time to investigate the matter. We will also provide you with proof of lodgement at the Australian Post Office to confirm that the item was indeed sent to you. We will immediately re-send your order once your local postal service and Australia Post verify that your original shipment was not delivered.
LashBeauty is unable to give exact delivery times for overseas orders due to differing postal services around the world and possible delays due to customs over which we have no control.
If you have an existing FEDEX account, arrangements can be made to bill the freight and insurance to your account.
CUSTOMS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Some countries have import duty on goods entering their country. The amount you are allowed to import varies from country to country and you are responsible for all the charges that may be applied to allow your goods to leave customs. Unfortunately, LashBeauty is unable to estimate what these charges may be.
